Alright zombie slayers, if you thought beating the Z-Rex was the end of the fun — think again!bo6 bot lobby Zombies actually packed a TON of hidden Easter eggs into the Z-Rex fight, and some of them are hilarious (and a few actually help you beat him faster).
Here’s what I’ve found so far:
1. Dino Disco Mode
During Phase 2, if all four players stand on the glowing sigils at the corners of the arena for 10 seconds, the music changes to a funky 80s disco remix — and Z-Rex wears SHADES. 😎
Bonus: All enemies move 15% slower for the next minute!
2. Secret Damage Buff (Roar Back at Him)
If you’re near Z-Rex and activate the "taunt" emote right after he roars, you trigger a hidden 10% damage buff for 30 seconds.
It’s super tricky to time but it absolutely stacks with Ring of Fire!
3. Mini T-Rex Pet Spawn
Shoot all five hidden toy dinosaur statues around the arena BEFORE Phase 3 begins.
You’ll spawn "Tiny Tex" — a little raptor buddy that attacks enemy zombies for you! Doesn’t do much damage but it’s adorable and distracts minions.
4. Secret Ending Cutscene
If you beat Z-Rex WITHOUT using any environmental traps, you unlock a hidden cutscene where the characters tame him instead of killing him.
It hints at a bigger story twist for the next Zombies map!
Final Thought:Treyarch really went crazy with the Z-Rex fight details. Makes me wonder what other secrets are still hidden.
